**Job Title: Inspector Packer** **Job Description** The Inspector Packer is responsible for performing product inspections to determine conformance with specifications and packaging these products according to customer requirements. This position will be tasked with anything and everything involved in keeping production running and ensuring that quality products get out the door. On the front end of the process, employees will ensure the hopper is filled with raw material parts and glue. Once production is moving, this person is responsible for keeping accurate documentation and inspection of parts on the conveyor as they come through and off the machine. As products come off the machine, a final inspection will be completed and the employee will package and label the product for outbound shipment. **Shift & Pay** + 1st shift 6am-6pm 2/2/3 schedule + $16.50/hr. on contract. Will increase to $17.72/hr at conversion + 6-month evaluations for pay increases, top out pay at 3 years + $1 weekly attendance bonus for perfect attendance! **Experience** + Production environment + Material Handling + Inspection **Benefits when Direct Employee** + Paid Holidays + 40hrs of PTO (first year) + 80hr of PTO (second year) + 401K, company matches 50% of first 6% + Company benefits 1st of the month after 30days + 2 emergency days **Job Type** + This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 90 Day(s). **Work Site** This is a fully on-site position in EVANSVILLE, Indiana. **Work Environment** While performing the duties of the job, the contractors are regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts and occasionally exposed to various types of equipment that have vibration. The noise level in the work environment requires hearing protection. Clean work environment, climate controlled. Good air quality working in plastics.
