**Job Title: Install Technician** **Job Description** We specialize in Modular System Cleanroom building and installations and are looking to add two qualified candidates to our growing company. Candidates should have a minimum of 2+ years of finish carpentry experience, including installing windows and doors, trimming, and a strong understanding of tape measures and math (a tape measure test will be given at the interview). **Responsibilities** + Cut aluminum pieces to size per job requirements, stocked in 20ft lengths. + Punch holes in aluminum pieces to allow installation of locking mechanisms. + Lock together and tighten aluminum frames on site using a specialized wrench. + Install glass as the final step of the process. + Work on local jobs (50%-60%) within 1-2 hours of the shop in Burnsville, primarily in the Twin City Metro area. + Prepare materials for each job in the shop, including measuring and cutting aluminum for frames. + Travel to job sites around the country (30%-40%), with company-covered travel, hotels, and meal reimbursement. **Essential Skills** + Minimum 2 years of residential or commercial construction/carpentry experience. + Ability to read a tape measure down to 1/16th of an inch. + Proficiency in fractional math. + Familiarity with power tools and saws. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with finish carpentry. + Experience with power tools, hand tools, chop saws, and table saws. + Knowledge of installation procedures for windows, doors, and trim. **Why Work Here?** We offer a dynamic and growing environment where you can enhance your skills in modular system cleanroom building and installations.
