Job DescriptionPosition Overview:
Allied Universal® Technology Services is looking to hire an Installation Technician II. The Installation Technician II will perform installations of electronic control systems, which may include door access control, CCTV, intrusion detection, low-voltage communication, and fire alarm systems, including cable management, electronic locks, point sensors, signaling devices, and associated hardware. As an Installation Technician II, this person is expected to be a highly proactive and skilled individual and, at all times, maintain performance consistent with Allied Universal Technology Services' core values.

Ability to be on-call on a rotational basisMust possess a valid Driver’s License with at least one year of driving experience, a clean driving record (no major violations within last 36 months, no more than 1 accident in last 24 months, no more than one minor moving violation in last 24 months), a minimum level of insurance as required by Company policy, and the ability to safely operate a vehicle required.High School Degree, Vocational School or equivalent is requiredMinimum of two (2) years of field experience in installing and programming the following:access control: AMAG, Genetec, Lenelvideo management: Axis, Avigilonintrusion detection: DMP, Boschfire systems: Notifier, Fire Lite, Silent KnightAbility to meet deadlines and work in a fast based environment with minimum directionGood communication skills for effective interaction with internal & external customersStrong troubleshooting skills and mechanical aptitudeMust be detail-oriented and organizedAbility to complete time entry from home on a daily basis via the InternetAbility to deliver product familiarization training to end-usersQualifications (Preferred):
