Install Technician (Security And Data Cable)

Job Description:
The company has a long-standing contract for MAC (move, add, change) work with a major government contractor. They excel in data cabling and are now involved in significant security equipment upgrades at various facilities. They will need technicians with security install experience who can also handle typical data MAC work.
This technician will support the current team from a MAC and new build perspective. Most infrastructure is moving to VOIP, but this role will mainly support emergency and classified hardlines (copper). Daily tasks include responding to trouble tickets and assisting the MAC team during downtime.
Fiber knowledge is a bonus, but the focus is on copper work, with training available for fiber. This is a long-term contract with a strong history of permanent hires. The initial contract is guaranteed for 1 year, with potential extensions based on performance.
The position is based at various sites, primarily at the main campus.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $32.00
