Installation Coordinator
Job Description Insight Global is looking for Installation Coordinators to join a large electronic security client in Orange, CA. This individuals will be responsible for supporting general operations for two installation teams. Responsibilities will include: reviewing new projects for material part orders, coordinating proper timing to get materials ready for project, scheduling technician's based on skillset, identifying/coordinator with subcontractors, creating change orders to updated the Sales Department on billing and general support to Project Managers to ensure project deadlines and requirements are being met. An ideal candidate will have prior experience providing support for an installation division with several project managers. Ability to multi-task and have strong customer service skills will be required for the position. These roles will be 5 days a week on-site in Orange.
