MAU is hiring an Installation Engineer for our client in Greenville, SC. As an Installation Engineer, you will work cross-functionally with EHS, facilities, and operations in the Global Supply Chain to ensure machine installations are completed safely, of the highest quality, and on time. This is a contract, long-term assignment.
Shift Information 1st shift, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM Required Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college, OR a high school diploma or GED with at least 4+ years of manufacturing experience 1+ year(s) of relevant experience 2+ years of experience with the installation of manufacturing equipment Proficient project management experience General Requirements Strong oral and written communication skills Strong interpersonal and leadership skills Ability to coordinate and manage several projects simultaneously Essential Functions Work as a project manager to lead and drive installations of a wide variety of manufacturing capital equipment as assigned Work as an Engineer to resolve complex challenges and adapt facilities to ensure successful installation and commissioning of manufacturing equipment Lead installations from pre-delivery to full completion of management of change process across assigned projects Work proactively to ensure adherence to processes which drive safe installation and arrangement Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure on time installation of processes for production needs Problem-solve and escalate risks to fulfillment as required Manage project timelines to meet customer needs with a strong focus on safety, quality, and delivery Perform other tasks as required
