The KLA Services team headquartered in Milpitas, CA is our service organization that consists of Service Sales and Marketing, Spares Supply Chain management, Field Operations, Engineering, Product Training, and Technical Support. The KLA Services organization partners with our field teams and customers in all business sectors to maintain the high performance and productivity of our products through a flexible portfolio of services. Our Global Installation Organization is dedicated to being a highly valued and trusted partner to our customers through continuous improvement. As an Installation Manager, you will:
Collaborate with our field team on scheduling and site preparation.Schedule and deploy Installation Engineers worldwide, coordinating assets across services.Manage products from shipment to ensure timely warranty start and ultimate customer satisfaction.Drive installation escalations and work closely with Field teams, Service Operations, and Manufacturing Operations.Ensure the operational quality of system equipment.Partner directly with KLA regions and customers to verify new installation or upgrade performance and transfer tool responsibility.Knowledge and Skills:
