SUMMARY
Effectively manage window and door replacement projects starting at technical measure and job specifications through the installation process to ensure Homeowner Delight, while focusing efforts to meet and/or exceed budget expectations.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Accurately measure window and door openingsProvide installation solutions to meet customers’ needsConfirm details in sales contracts with customersDetermine labor needed, duration and materials to complete projectDaily Communication with install crewTrouble shooting issues on day of installProviding support to sales reps with pre-sale / tech questionsTime management skills, daily measurements and job site visitsQUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
High School DegreeA minimum of 5 years of work experience in home improvementPrevious customer service experienceValid Driver's license w/ clean driving recordAble to lift, pull/push, and carry at least 40 lbs.Strong written and verbal skillsAble to stand for at least 6 hours per dayAble to climb ladders, stairs, and kneelKnowledge of applicable building codes and construction techniquesAbility to work in a team environmentProject Management ExperienceNICE-TO-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS

In 2024, Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
