Installation Representative - Remote in TX

Growing together.** Positions related to installing, implementing & amending employer and / or provider contracts and enrolling member associated with those contracts. This position is full time, Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our flex shift schedules anytime between our normal business hours of 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM CST. We offer weeks of paid on-the-job training. The hours of the training will be aligned with your schedule or will be discussed on your first day of employment. If you are located within the state of Texas, you will have the flexibility to work remotely* as you take on some tough challenges. **Primary Responsibilities:** + Positions in this function are responsible for the installation and administration of assigned contracts, including, but not limited to: structure building and billing set up, eligibility collection, structure revisions, researching & resolving structure issues, database loading, and preparation of plan materials such as administrative documents and customer education materials + Positions are responsible for overall contract loading using various databases and / or source documents + May research installation issues & develop customer specific resolutions + May include auditing contract loads for adherence to quality measures and reporting standards + Extensive work experience within own function + Work is frequently completed without established procedures + Works independently + May act as a resource for others + May coordinate others' activities + Extensive work experience within own function + Applies knowledge / skills to a range of moderately complex activities + Demonstrates great depth of knowledge / skills in own function + Sometime acts as a technical resource to others in own function + Proactively identifies solutions to non - standard requests + Solves moderately complex problems on own + Works with team to solve complex problems + Plans, prioritizes, organizes and completes work to meet established objectives + May coordinate work of other team members + Remain current and maintain expertise in relevant procedures, operations, systems, and tools applicable to installation / implementation + Gather / Evaluate / Interpret Customer Requirements / Expectations + Pull customer documents from applicable systems (e.g., PDML; CDX) + Seek additional information from internal partners (e.g., account management; legal) to clarify discrepancies and/or gather missing information + Analyze and / or review state and federal modifications or changes affecting contracts + Utilize knowledge of benefits products to verify information and support creation of plan documents + Receive customer requirements and expectations information from internal partners + Review submitted information to identify potential missing / inconsistent information + Develop installation / implementation project plans based on customer requirements (e.g., customize project plan based on projects or services sold; develop timelines) + Monitor / oversee / lead customer installation projects to ensure deadlines / timelines are being met + Submit information to internal subject matter experts (e.g., claims) to identify tasks that need to occur to install / implement contracts + Provide updates and feedback to customers on issues / amendments / progress regarding implementation + Test contract installations / implementations to ensure successful operation prior to their implementation / deployment + Enter relevant data (e.g., codes; benefits changes; new information) into customer documents based on design specifications to incorporate state - specific information + Provide test results to relevant internal partners to facilitate needed corrections / clarifications + Gather data and / or create status and / or performance reports relevant to installations / implementations to keep internal stakeholders informed (e.g., senior leadership, management) + Facilitate and / or manage workflow process reviews to identify opportunities to streamline + Assist team members in gathering additional information or resources needed to resolve problems + Test / confirm contract installations / implementations are performing effectively post - implementation + Gather and / or review customer feedback to analyze performance of customer installations and identify / resolve potential issues + Work with relevant internal partners (e.g., account management; claims; audit; coding) to resolve identified issues + Escalate issues to relevant stakeholders (e.g., senior leadership; management) to obtain needed resources or decisions + Review and / or analyze installation / implementation information (e.g., implementation steps; performance reports) to identify potential problems, root causes, and / or impacts + Create reports that outline potential financial impacts of problems or issues + Update relevant tracking systems with issues, actions, and resolution information + Work with internal subject matter experts to ensure contracts are updated timely + Create and / or update sample prototype documents (e.g., schedule of benefits; COC) for filing to assist contracts team + Prepare test plans and / or perform system testing to ensure that document requirements are incorporated accurately + Engage relevant stakeholders (e.g., business analysts; filer; regulatory affairs) to help clarify document information or make document corrections + Monitor customer documents to ensure that timelines and deadlines are met with regard to document maintenance and updates + Receive and / or complete requests to perform needed updates to contract documents + Assign customer update projects to relevant internal staff members + Review and / or gather relevant information (e.g., past production; new documents) needed to complete contract updates You’ll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in. **Required Qualifications:** + High School Diploma / GED + Must be 18 years of age OR older + 6+ months of experience with claims payment processing + 6+ months of experience with software applications (e.g., Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Access) + Ability to work any of our flex shift schedules anytime between our normal business hours of 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM CST from Monday - Friday **Preferred Qualifications:** + Knowledge of Installation / Implementation Resources and Systems + Understanding of business partners' operations to understand who to engage in the installation process + Understanding of internal operations, workflow, policies, and procedures **Telecommuting Requirements:** + Reside within the state of Texas + Ability to keep all company sensitive documents secure (if applicable) + Required to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy + Must live in a location that can receive a UnitedHealth Group approved high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing high-speed internet service *All employees working remotely will be required to adhere to UnitedHealth Group’s Telecommuter Policy The hourly range for this role is $16.88 to $33.22 per hour based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
