**Job Title: Service Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking skilled Service Technicians to install CO2 safety monitors on CO2 tanks at customer locations such as restaurants, convenience stores, and other service industry locations. This role requires candidates to provide their own tools, ladder, and vehicle to drive throughout New Hampshire. **Responsibilities** + Follow all company safety and operational policies, procedures, and directives from the Supervisor. + Maintain telephone communication with the supervisor and/or dispatch to communicate timely ETAs and completion of calls/work. + Perform installations of CO2 gas detection systems and associated cabling. + Test and troubleshoot issues with network communication. + Conduct thorough inspections of cable lines to ensure the system is working correctly, using a ladder where necessary. + Communicate and collaborate with other members of the field service team to resolve complex issues. + Verify current inventory levels versus install schedule and communicate deficiencies with the supervisor. + Maintain proper operation of all equipment, tools, and ladders. + Maintain sufficient inventory levels of all parts. + Provide daily communication to the assigned supervisor, including updates for each job completed and mileage start and end for the day. **Essential Skills** + Mechanical aptitude and installation skills. + Ability to work independently with their own tools and vehicle. + Good communication skills. + Experience running network cabling. + Ability to read, analyze, and interpret established technical procedures or governmental regulations. + Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. + Effective communication of installation challenges verbally and by email to the supervisor. + Basic mathematical skills – addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. + Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills. + Basic Microsoft Office products computer skills. + Basic electronic knowledge. + Strong mechanical ability. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Basic electronic knowledge. + Basic Microsoft Office products computer skills. **Why Work Here?** Join a leading provider of beverage grade liquid CO2, onsite N2 generation, and storage for the Foodservice and Hospitality Industry.
