**Job Title: Installation Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated Installation Technician to join our team. You will work primarily from Monday to Friday, with potential Saturday shifts. Flexibility is required as shifts may range from 6:30am to 6:30pm depending on client needs, however the normal shift is 8am-5pm. You will be responsible for loading company vehicles with the team and traveling to job sites, which could include new construction, commercial properties, or unoccupied residential new builds. This role involves using hand and power tools to measure, cut, and install windows and doors. You must be comfortable working in a physical environment, potentially lifting up to 75lbs, and working outside in various weather conditions. **Responsibilities** + Load company vehicle with tools and materials each morning. + Measure, cut, and install windows and doors using hand and power tools. + Ensure high levels of communication and professionalism, especially when interacting with customers and clients. + Work as part of a team or independently depending on skill level. + Adhere to safety standards and protocols. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency with hand and power tools. + 3+ years of experience in window/door installation or the fenestration industry. + OR 3+ years of experience in related fields such as electrician, plumber, or carpenter. + Strong measuring and cutting skills. + High level of communication and professionalism. **Why Work Here?** We offer a family-oriented work environment with a great culture.
