**Installer** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled installer to join our team for a project at a warehouse in Redmond, followed by potential work in Kirkland. The initial project involves disassembling pod/storage racks. You will be working in the Operations Department on installations and ongoing improvements of intelligent material handling solutions. This role requires extensive travel throughout North America, with all work-related travel expenses reimbursed. **Responsibilities** + Disassemble pod/storage racks at the warehouse. + Use hand and power tools proficiently. + Read and interpret tape measures and drawings accurately. + Work directly with the lead and maintain professional client-facing interactions. + Build, test, and assemble fixtures. + Wiring switches and installation tasks. + Manage time effectively, ensuring punctuality and adherence to break schedules. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency with hand and power tools. + Ability to read a tape measure and mark out measurements accurately. + Experience in construction, warehousing, or equipment installation. + Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite. + Strong problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments. + Valid driver’s license. + Ability to travel 80-100% with options to travel home every 2 weeks. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience reading CAD drawings. + Forklift and Aerial lift certifications. + Knowledge of socket wrenches, battery-operated impact drivers, and drills. + Ability to differentiate and swap drill bits and impact driver adapters. + Experience with various drilling sizes and tools. + Strong ability to manage relationships within internal teams and with client contacts. **Why Work Here?** We offer a dynamic work environment with opportunities to work on various projects across North America. Initial work will be at a warehouse in Redmond for the first 3-4 weeks, followed by potential work in Kirkland. The role requires extensive travel to customer distribution sites across North America. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract position based out of Kirkland, Washington. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $30.00/hr.
