**Job Title: Installer**
**Job Description**
You will be responsible for performing installations of air conditioning units per set standards and schedule.
**Responsibilities**
+ Complete installation orders based on customer specifications, including installations of air conditioning evaporators, condensers, compressors, mount kits, and associated duct and connecting systems.
+ Gather parts, tools, and materials needed to complete assigned work.
+ Ensure installations meet all quality and cost standards as well as customer’s schedule.
+ Charge air conditioning systems as needed.
+ Perform special projects including replacements, after-sales service, retrofits, and remodels as assigned.
+ Keep equipment operational by completing preventative maintenance as required and following manufacturer’s instructions.
+ Ensure compliance with all safety procedures and standards, including performing tasks safely, wearing required personal protective equipment, maintaining a clean working area, and implementing safety improvements.
+ Conserve resources by using equipment and supplies as needed and preventing re-work and waste.
+ Maintain professional and positive relations with team members and customers.
+ Assist with Quality Response Quality Control process and support continuous improvement initiatives.
**Essential Skills**
+ At least 1 year of experience working on an assembly line or as an assembler.
+ Ability to read blueprints.
+ Experience using hand power and pneumatic tools.
+ Basic proficiency with Microsoft and Google applications.
+ Strong problem-solving skills.
+ Ability to lift heavy components (30-50 pounds) and stand for long hours (10+ hours).
+ Effective communication skills and the ability to positively represent company branding.
+ Ability to work independently.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Light automotive repair experience.
+ Preferred experience in automotive environments.
+ Air conditioning installation experience is a plus.

**Work Environment**
Non-climate controlled garage. Work hours are Monday to Friday, 4:00 AM to 2:30 PM. Some overtime on Fridays may be required, but it is not common. Includes a 30-minute lunch break.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tulsa, Oklahoma.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
