**Job Title: Installer | $19/hr | 1st shift** **Rootstown, OH** **Responsibilities** + Utilize equipment to create tarps for trailers and trucks. + Perform quality checks to ensure there are no defects. + Gather all required parts for assembly jobs. + Assist with preparing finished tarps for shipment by printing shipping labels, loading onto pallets, etc. + Complete daily record sheet. **Essential Skills** + Must be able to lift 50lbs throughout the shift. + Must have at least a year of hands-on mechanical experience. + Must be able to accurately read measurements. + Must be able to perform basic shop math tasks. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Hand tool + Power tool + Mechanical + General labor + Production + Tape measure + Assembly + Blueprint + Installation + Forklift + Previous tarp assembly/installation experience is a plus but is not required. **Work Environment** First shift only (7:30am-4:30pm, Monday-Friday). Currently not working much overtime, but this can change based on business demand. There are around 40 employees on the shop floor currently. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
