Responsibilities:

The installation of windows, siding and doors in residential properties.Train and mentor junior installers, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to safety protocols.Maintain tools, equipment, and inventory necessary for installation projects.Uphold high standards of professionalism, customer service, and attention to detail.

Skills & Qualifications:

Must be able to pass DOT physical (paid for by employer)Experience in a construction-related fieldCandidate will own basic tools, equipment and tool beltExcellent communication skills and customer-focused attitudeKnowledge of safety procedures and practices in the construction industry.
