Institutional Client Group - Sales Summer Internship 2025

Role Objective

The key objective for the Summer Intern is to support the State Street Global Advisors Head of the Institutional Client Coverage Group and Head of Distribution Strategy in executing on the strategic plan and driving sales efficiency across the North America Client Coverage Group, representing over 1000 clients and $1 trillion in assets today.

The role will provide an opportunity to learn about a variety of functions in the asset management business and specifically involves supporting key business development functions and project management in partnership with key stakeholders across Sales Leadership, the Head of Institutional, Marketing, CRM, Product and Investments.

Role accountability

Partner with Sales Leadership and Analysts within the Channels to execute on strategic prioritiesIdentify opportunities to improve efficiencies in sales execution, streamlining internal processes, leveraging CRM analytics and industry databasesDeliver timely reporting to stakeholders on progress, including activities, pipeline and target marketPrepare and maintain a core inventory of client facing materials for each growth thematicAssist in the management of campaigns across departments – sales, marketing, compliance and portfolio management/strategists.

Salary Range:

$15,600 - $58,500 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
