Division Profile
The Wealth Management Platforms organization manages digital platforms and experiences across the Advisor, Workplace and Direct channels, ensuring that our capabilities lead the industry and are delivered and integrated seamlessly.
The Direct Institutional Business (DIBS) is a division within Morgan Stanley Wealth Management comprised of Morgan Stanley at Work, ETRADE and Institutional Consulting Solutions (ICS). The Institutional Consulting Solutions business drives the product management, sale and service of Advisor led workplace offerings for corporate clients, non-profits, endowments and foundations and government entities across market segments. Products include Retirement and Corporate Cash Management sold by both core Advisors as well as specialized channels such as Graystone Consulting or our Morgan Stanley Institutional Investment Advisors. Our products and services are designed to reduce financial stress and empower all companies and organizations and their constituents to plan, prepare for, and reach their financial goals through digital and human engagement.
Position Summary
As the ICS Regulatory Operations Support Analyst within ICS Budapest team under ICS Business Operations, Insights and Execution , you will be responsible for helping to ensure that our fiduciary obligations are met by assisting with performance reporting across different 3rd party tools, address any day to day operational issues and requests that may arise, performing maintenance and regularly scheduled self-testing, ensuring accuracy in any reporting provided by the ICS Budapest team. You will develop and strengthen relationships with various cross-functional and global partners, manage sales proposal creations and support prospecting initiatives. You will help to support the broader team narrative by collaborating with a variety of business partners to analyze and identify trends, as well as unify any differences in processes. You will also partner closely with members of the WM Strategy, DIBS COO, Morgan Stanley at Work, ETRADE and WM Platforms teams to ensure relevant team metrics and project plans are being implemented and interpreted correctly. The role also includes business management responsibilities such as supporting day to day functions like organizing team meetings, sharing best practices, and the development and distribution of other resources to drive team efficiencies.
Responsibilities
