Institutional Equity Electronic Sales/Sales Trader
**Job Description** Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Institutional Equity Electronic Sales/Sales Trader for the RJET platform. This role will focus on developing and managing relationships with institutional clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of market structure, algorithmic trading strategies, and execution analytics to provide clients with tailored trading solutions. Key Responsibilities: • Build and maintain relationships with institutional clients, including hedge funds, asset managers, and pension funds. • Provide expertise on electronic trading solutions, including algorithmic execution, smart order routing, and transaction cost analysis (TCA). • Collaborate with clients to optimize execution strategies based on market conditions and trading objectives. • Monitor market activity and provide real-time insights on execution performance and market trends. • Work closely with technology and quant teams to enhance electronic trading capabilities and client offerings. • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal risk controls in all trading activities. Qualifications & Skills: • Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience in electronic sales trading or institutional equities. • Strong knowledge of equity market structure, algorithmic trading, and execution platforms. • Excellent communication and relationship management skills. • Ability to analyze market data and provide actionable insights.
