Preferred Qualifications: preference will be given to applicants who, in addition to meeting the minimum qualifications, possess one or more of the following: + Experience as a paraprofessional + Experience working with deaf/hard of hearing or multi-disabled students + Applicants must exhibit the ability to communicate in American Sign Language during the interview with the expectation of obtaining an American Sign Language Proficiency Instrument (ASLPI) rating of 3 or above within three years from date of hire. Salary/Benefits: Annual salary range $24,500.00 (minimum) to $34,500 (maximum), based on degree and creditable years of experience . This is a 10-month position paid on a 12-month based on previous experience. High school diploma or GED AND One year of experience working in an instructional/childcare setting OR One year of experience required at the lower level Instruction Paraprofessional 1 (EDS010) or position equivalent.
