In this role, you’ll engage directly with government leadership and key stakeholders, providing vital technical support to streamline operational objectives. Specific roles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: Evaluating, designing, developing, and delivering relevant course materials and content Preparing and conducting learning assessments to gauge the achievements and effectiveness of course material and delivery Conducting needs assessment and curriculum development to create instructional content that meets the specific needs of the Sponsor Leading instructional design projects from concept to completion, ensuring materials meet client standards and timelines Working closely with leadership, stakeholders, and subject matter experts to produce high-quality learning experiences Adapting and developing instructional materials and documentation based on previous experiences, existing coursework, and internal and external resources Ensure all training materials align with adult learning principles and best practices in instructional design Managing instructional design from needs assessment through to the final product Qualifications Must possess and be able to maintain a TS/SCI clearance with polygraph Bachelor’s degree BS 8-10, MS 6-8, PhD 3-5 Minimum of four (4) years' experience supporting the customer Demonstrated experience supporting Agency training programs Demonstrated experience driving projects from inception to final product Demonstrated experience with graphic design principles Demonstrated experience implementing user-centric interactive designs and digital presentation of photographs, video clips, and motion graphics Experience in needs analysis, course design, and curriculum development Proven experience leading small teams or projects in a government contracting setting Experience with adult learning principles, instructional design models, graphic design principles, and needs analysis Demonstrated experience working across organizational boundaries EEO Statement EEO Arcfield proactively fulfills its role as an equal opportunity employer.
