A client with Kforce is seeking an Instructional Designer to join their team onsite in Cincinnati OH, Monday through Friday. Summary: The Instructional Designer will assist in the development, planning, coordination, implementation, and improvement of company-wide best practices projects. They will identify with the business line supervisors and managers the specific training needs. The Instructional Designer provides assistance in the development of appropriate training programs to ensure that business line needs are addressed. This position is supporting updates to courses developed in Articulate Rise. Responsibilities: * Serves as an internal organizational development consultant for various divisions within the company, providing consulting services to their supervisory teams * Consulting services include formal needs assessments, establishing objective performance outcome goals and measures, providing tailored education, training, or development solutions toward desired performance outcomes, and to partner with management to ensure that performance has been improved and sustained * Partners with management in applying a systematic approach to analyzing, improving, and managing performance through the application of appropriate and varied interventions Responsible for improving organizational performance through the effective implementation of the following: * Meets with management regularly to establish and maintain effective partnerships * Develops performance models aligned with the strategic direction and business goals of the Corporation * Determines performance gaps and identifies performance needs * Assesses effectiveness of work environments and processes * Designs and coordinates or implements strategies for performance improvement
