Job Description:
The Instructional Designer is responsible for researching, writing and developing superior quality learning content and programs. Learning creation includes using current, new and emerging instructional technology to create experiential learning solutions including instructor-led training (ILT), virtual instructor-led training (VILT), e-learning, study guides, and other learning materials.
The Instructional Designer is naturally curious, highly creative, an independent thinker, and approaches all learning development with the end user in mind. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders to develop custom content, developing curriculums, reporting and measurement, building and maintaining a catalog of employee training, planning and developing new courses, proficiency with the LMS system, tracking productivity and managing learning related projects, in scope, on time on budget.

What You Will Do:
In this role, you will:
Manage the end-to-end process of creating new learning content Draft and review learning objectives, course outlines and final content with subject matter experts Manage content effectively including version control and data security Build innovative learning interactions Participate in design meetings with team leadership and subject matter experts to conceptualize program look/feel, standards, templates and content development formats Expert knowledge of Instructional Design theory and interactive development processes and evaluation methodologies (ISD, ADDIE SAM, Bloom, Kirkpatrick). Participate in sharing and documenting learning technology infrastructure requirements: LMS, registration, online testing, podcasts, connects sessions Maintain knowledge of new learning approaches, technology and tools through continuous learning and research to ensure delivery of innovative solutions Design learning based on competencies, objectives, and purpose Collaborate with outsourced SME’s, vendors, graphic designers, voiceover experts, etc.….What We Are Looking For:
Professional Qualifications
Experience developing measurable learning objectives, course outlines, and instructional materials for ILT, VILT, and eLearning, collaborative learning environments, and blended learning programs Expert proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint) Excellent planning, program management, and documentation skills with meticulous attention to detail Knowledge of instructional design and adult learning theory Bachelor’s degree in education, Instructional Design, or related field 5 years’ experience in instructional design and developing learning content Experience in a corporate training environment working on instructional design assignments across multiple teams and groups. Ability to collaborate with subject matter experts, global stakeholders, and managers.Personal Qualifications

Industry certifications in instructional design, curriculum development, project management, and content-specific certifications as appropriate (e.g., CPLP, CPT, PMP, etc.).
