Job Description Insight Global is looking for an Instructional Designer for one of our large hospitality clients in Parsippany, NJ. This person will join the Global Learning & Development team and report to the manager of Instructional Design. Their main goal is to provide instructional design (creation/development, maintenance, and enhancements) to both existing and new content when needed in terms of training solutions, material development/creation, making sure all training deliverables are instructionally sound, and following consistency within deliverables for the multiple audiences. They will be working with a variety of forms including scripts, storyboards, e-learning, virtual classroom, etc. They will work with the subject matter experts (SMEs) and facilitators to discuss content and goals to complete each project. This person must be proficient in the Microsoft Applications, specifically PowerPoint, and must have some knowledge with systems such as Adobe and Captivate as well. This ideal candidate will have minimum 5+ years experience designing/creating trainings or modules, PowerPoints, paired with strong graphic design experience. They must possess have great social and communication skills.
