General Responsibilities

Responsibilities as follows:

Support the goals of the Technical Training programDevelopment of training modulesWork as part of a team to deliver the solution for training.Assessment of knowledgeDevelopment of individual and account training plansScenariosIncident Prevention/Risk ReductionInnovate a develop new methods of training to enhance the delivery of technical training as directed by the Global Director.Align technical training elements to JLL verticals (examples):Data CentersIndustrialLife SciencesParticipate in recruiting efforts for technical roles.  Work with HR to find solutionsEnhance the retention of technical staffAlign on the following partnerships with external training offerings:OEM training and certificationVendor trainingUnion required trainingEquipment fab testingProject training

Site Specific Responsibilities

This role will be supporting the technical training program (major), other JLL training programs (minor), and projects (as needed).

The individual will work in close collaboration with the training directors.

This role will be dedicated to development of new materials and updating of current content.

A strong focus will be development of training decks to complete the JLL internally developed eLearning offering.

General Qualifications

Technical qualified in LMS, training development, .Minor interpersonal and leadership skillsTakes responsibility for performanceAbility to work in team environmentExcellent communication skills – written and spoken Proven Project methodology approachExcellent attention to detailAbility to develop processes and procedures and be held accountable to themAnalytical skills / Systematic approach

Education

High School level education required (or equivalent) College preferred.

Additional certifications in associated professional tools (Instructional design and development) is preferred.

Experience Level

Previous experience of a similar role.  At least one year accumulated experience in instructional design.

Specialty or License

License for software will be provided by JLL.  No requirements for additional certifications or licenses.

Specific Experience

Learning Management SystemsTraining development programs (such as Articulate Storyline)Practical working knowledge of best practice tools and techniques.Practical experience in JLL service delivery – in particular training.Working as part of a teamProven track record within the delivery of trainingProven track record in running training projectsProven self-starter that consistently delivers to expectations
