Job Description:

Join AriensCo as an enthusiastic and motivated Instructional Designer! You'll create and update training content for our RapidCare division, collaborating with stakeholders to deliver impactful learning solutions. Lead and execute Learning & Development strategies across the organization. This hybrid role (two days in Brillion, WI office) offers flexibility to work remotely. Be a key player in shaping our company's future!

THE DAY TO DAY...

Design learning solutions targeted at employees, customers or the community of the organization

Collaborate with subject matter experts, learning analysts, and learning administrators to ensure that content is accurate and thorough. Utilizes multiple formats, including print, audio, visual, and multimedia, and selects the appropriate format for the target audience or content

Evaluate the results of training programs, modify future programs, and design solutions to better meet organizational training goals

Provide feedback and suggestions on learning content to best engage dealer and AriensCo learners

Design and manage a clear and sustainable framework around learning module production for AriensCo, including project intake, revision, and best practices around module development/deployment in the Outdoor Power Equipment (OPE) environment

Design and develop eLearning modules using design tools such as Articulate 360 (Storyline, Rise, etc.), along with corresponding materials

Facilitate instructor-led training and develop corresponding job aids, workbooks, facilitator guides and session content

Support design, development, and deployment of virtual skill training initiatives for both product and sales training

Design of instructor-led training and develop corresponding job aids, workbooks, facilitator guides and session content

THE QUALIFICATIONS...

Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Human Resources or a related field required

Minimum of 4 years Instructional Design related experience and/or specialized training

High aptitude in Instructional Design and Learning Management Software

Experience with translation services to meet the learning needs of English Second Language learners (ESL) in both domestic and international markets preferred

Training initiative deployment and revision experience
