Job Description
Create and maintain training and performance support materials for the Accelerate ERP program. This role will focus on creating learning experiences both in and out of the classroom. You will be responsible for training analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation for the training courses to support multiple functional areas. You will develop and implement training activities directed at both employee competencies and technical skills. Collaboration with other functions will be key to ensure that course materials reflect current specifications and to obtain information on new processes and equipment. You may visit work locations to confirm the effectiveness of technical training programs. This is an individual contributor role that requires the use of judgement in applying professional expertise and is expected to work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
+ Create and maintain training and performance support materials for the Accelerate ERP program.
+ Focus on creating learning experiences both in and out of the classroom.
+ Conduct training analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation for the training courses.
+ Develop and implement training activities directed at both employee competencies and technical skills.
+ Collaborate with other functions to ensure course materials reflect current specifications and to obtain information on new processes and equipment.
+ Visit work locations to confirm the effectiveness of technical training programs.
Essential Skills
+ Instructional design experience
+ Experience with Articulate 360 / Rise
+ Proficiency in PowerPoint
+ Understanding and application of procedures and concepts of own discipline
+ Attention to detail in making evaluative judgements based on the analysis of factual information
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ University degree or equivalent experience
+ Minimum of 2 or more years of experience in a similar role
+ 4+ years of experience in facilitating training meetings
Work Environment
The role involves working independently with minimal supervision. You will be required to visit work locations to confirm the effectiveness of technical training programs. This position will primarily involve office-based work, with some travel to various work locations as needed.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $52.83 - $84.91/hr.
