Instructional Designer

Join our dynamic team as an Instructional Designer, where you will play a crucial role in creating engaging digital learning content for our software, Darwin. This content will be instrumental in onboarding our People, Clients, and Partners.

We will count on you to:

Develop digital learning content, including simulation-based and web-based training, while editing and producing graphics, audio, and video.

Engage in continuous professional development to stay updated on emerging trends in software learning, authoring, design, and development tools.

Carry out instructional design-based development for digital training materials

Support the creation of learning guides, videos, and programs for various learning and development initiatives.

Adhere to Darwin brand guidelines for all internal and external learning interventions.

What you need to have:

2-4 years of previous experience in a digital learning role.

Experience with digital learning authoring tools (e.g Adobe Creative Cloud, Articulate Storyline)

Demonstrate a good understanding of the characteristics of instructional design that are essential for the development of training materials.

Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Capability to handle multiple queries or tasks simultaneously.

Exceptional attention to detail.

A passion for technology and innovation.
