Description We are currently seeking a seasoned Instructional Designer to join our Learning and Organizational Development Team. The successful candidate will have the primary responsibility of designing, developing, and deploying our comprehensive training programs. Responsibilities: • Design and develop blended training programs. • Collaborate with VP, Learning and Organizational Development, SME's, key stakeholders, and technical trainers to create and update course materials and performance support tools. • Assist with the design, development, deployment, and evaluation of training material across various channels. • Design and develop interactive and engaging online courses using rapid development tools like Articulate 360 Suite, Camtasia, PowToon etc. • Assist with Learning Management System (LMS) administration and reporting. • Perform basic graphic design tasks using tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator etc. • Adhere to the regulations and organizational policies, maintaining awareness and knowledge required to perform the duties of the role. • Outline and create proof of concept for a course or curriculum, course medium, content delivery, assessments, accompanying materials and learning approaches. Requirements • 7+ years of experience in instructional design/development. • Experience with LMS tools like Articulate Rise 360, Camtasia, PowToon. • Basic graphic design experience (Adobe Creative Suite). • Previous experience in a regulated industry (banking, healthcare, pharma, etc.) • Exceptional writing and communication skills.
