Position Details: 

 

Merakey is looking for a talented Instructional Designer who embodies our core values of: Integrity, Diversity, Quality, Trust, Safety, and Compassion, to develop training solutions using instructional design best practices that support multiple learning styles.  The Instructional Designer will partner with subject matter experts to identify an appropriate learning solution.  They will update current training materials, as well as develop both content and process handouts.

 

Design and develop interactive, engaging, and effective e-learning programs through multiple modalities and tools. Design and develop robust, innovative, instructor-led live and virtual training. Consult with subject matter experts to uncover business needs, understand content complexities, and develop appropriate learning solutions to create engaging trainings Evaluate how your content is being received and engaged with, and take action based on feedback to optimize. Regularly communicate with team members to define deliverables, discuss project status, design outlines, create work plans and adhere to project deadlines. Adhere to principles of Instructional System Design (ADDIE, RCD, SAM or other accepted system design model/approach) in an agile development model. Design and interpret a variety of needs analysis; use front-end analyses including needs assessment, task analysis, content analysis, learner characteristic assessment, environmental review, and instructional analysis.

Earn $60,000-$65,000
