**Aerotek has an immediate opening for an Instructional Designer (Adult Learner) at the corporate office in Tempe, AZ.**
**OVERVIEW**
The Instructional Designer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing engaging and effective learning solutions that align with our organizational goals. This role requires a creative and analytical thinker who can collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to create high-quality training materials that enhance employee performance and development.
**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**
+ Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify training needs and objectives
+ Design and develop engaging and interactive courses and training materials for in-person, virtual, and online learning
+ Create instructional materials such as videos, job aids, manuals, and multimedia content
+ Support in implementation and management of training programs within the Learning Management System (LMS)
+ Conduct needs assessments
+ Analyze training effectiveness through evaluations and feedback
+ Revise and update training materials based on feedback and changing organizational needs
+ Stay current with industry trends and best practices in instructional design and corporate training
+ Communicate frequently and effectively with various project collaborators to ensure that goals and objectives are being met
+ Plan and devise the layout of media for presentation materials
+ Collaborate with other organizational departments (e.g., marketing, communications, etc.)
**ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Schedule requirements, in office 4 days and 1 day from home
**QUALIFICATIONS**
**Education**
+ Bachelor's Degree in Instructional Design, Adult Education or related field required
**Skills and Abilities**
+ Demonstrated knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories
+ Proficient in eLearning authoring tools preferred (e.g., Articulate Rise, Articulate Storyline)
+ Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)Ability to build on-line courseware
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
+ Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
+ Demonstrated project management and organizational skills
+ Research skills to integrate current instructional design trends and validate SME content
+ Attention to detail and proven ability to meet deadlines
+ Applicable use of multimedia design and development (e.g., video editing, graphic design)
+ Proven ability to critically think and assess training effectiveness to make data-driven improvements
+ Proficient in in Adobe Creative Suite preferred (e.g., InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat)
**Travel Requirements**
+ Up to 10%; Travel required up to 1-3 times a year
Per Pay Transparency Acts: The range for this position is $70,600 - $106,000 + annual bonus potential of $8,000Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
