We are seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate instructional design, technical proficiency, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities and Qualifications:
Minimum 4 years of instructional design experience in a corporate setting.Proficiency with development tools including Articulate 360 (Storyline and Rise), Vyond, SnagIT, Camtasia, and Brainshark (highly preferred).Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.Expertise in applying adult learning principles to create engaging training solutions.Experience with Qualtrics surveys and their integration into training modules.Capable of designing and delivering impactful learning experiences that align with business needs.Nice-to-haves: Experience with Beyond and/or Domino software.Additional Notes:
