Kforce has a client that is seeking an Instructional Designer (Global) in Boston, MA. Responsibilities: * Working with leaders to build and maintain innovative onboarding, training and development programs for associates and managers across Pembroke * Designing and developing learning content using a variety of development tools and exemplifying good practices in instructional design * Working with our learning management system (LMS) and learning platforms to deliver learning solutions in ways that can be tracked and evaluated * Remaining current with the latest learning design methods and tools * Crafting learning experiences and content that are accessible and in alignment with Pembroke's dedication to diversity and inclusion
