Develop high quality hard and soft skill solutions including instructor-led training and level I (basic) eLearning Participate in needs analysis Define learning and/or performance objectives aligned with desired business goals. Execute project management protocols, procedures, and guidelines using methodologies from common Instructional Design models and departmental Service Level Agreement to complete projects on time and on budget. Co-facilitate train-the-trainer classes, super-user classes, and/or end-user classes Assess and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and implement or submit recommendations for improvements Manage relationships with customers to meet and exceed customer expectations in the services and solutions we provide Contribute to design and development by continuously learning and staying abreast of relevant trends, technologies, and business intelligence Be an active member of the Talent Management team.
