Job Description A client of Insight Globals is looking for an Instructional Designer to join their team. This candidate is being brought on to create asynchronous/self-guided course material for the Software and Systems Engineering space. This person should have experience with developing self-guided videos/content, the ability to talk to technical teams, and should come from an instructional designer background. Some of the courses work will be related to Agile Methodology Training. This team uses Articulate 360, Adobe, and MS Office Suite for most of their work. This person will need to have experience creating instructional material such as rubrics, courses, workshop scripts, etc. An ideal candidate should exhibit great communication skills and a passion for training.
