We are seeking a highly skilled Instructional Designer to develop engaging and effective learning experiences. The ideal candidate will collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), educators, and stakeholders to design, develop, and implement instructional materials that enhance learning outcomes. This role requires expertise in instructional design principles, learning technologies, and multimedia development.

We are seeking a highly skilled Instructional Designer to develop engaging and effective learning experiences. The ideal candidate will collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), educators, and stakeholders to design, develop, and implement instructional materials that enhance learning outcomes. This role requires expertise in instructional design principles.

Curriculum & Content Development:

Design and develop instructional materials, e-learning courses, training modules, and learning experiences based on instructional design principles.Work with SMEs to analyze content needs and develop engaging, learner-centered content.Apply instructional theories, models, and best practices to course development

Technology & Multimedia Integration:

Utilize e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) and Learning Management Systems (LMS) to create digital learning solutions.Incorporate multimedia elements (videos, graphics, animations, simulations) to enhance learning effectiveness.Ensure accessibility and usability of instructional materials.

Assessment & Evaluation:

Develop assessments, quizzes, and evaluation tools to measure learning outcomes.Collect and analyze feedback from learners to improve instructional materials.Conduct usability testing and instructional effectiveness evaluations.

Collaboration & Project Management:

Partner with trainers, educators, SMEs, and stakeholders to align instructional content with business or academic goals.Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of learning solutions.Stay up to date with industry trends, instructional design innovations, and best practices.

Your Expertise:

BS in Instructional Design or relevant major preferred8+ years experience creating corporate curriculum and trainingExperience developing training content for  SAP, Click Software, and Service Now preferredExperience using Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate and Learning Management Systems (LMS) to create digital learning solutions using multi-media.Experience in supporting a Customer Service environment preferredExperience in measuring the success of curriculum trainingAbility to provide a portfolio of work during the interview process
