Job Summary: The Instructional Designer & Training Facilitator will be responsible for converting process documentation into educational material to create a blueprint of IT operations as a business continuity asset. This role will generate a knowledge base to create consistency in the processes, policies, standards, and tools used across the organization. Key Responsibilities: * Convert process documentation into easy-to-understand educational material for various audiences to create a blueprint of IT operations as a business continuity asset * Generate a knowledge base to ensure consistency in the processes, policies, standards, and tools used across the organization * Design, develop, and deliver training programs that align with organizational goals and objectives * Utilize various instructional design methodologies and technologies to create engaging and interactive learning experiences * Evaluate training effectiveness and make improvements as needed * Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of training content * Facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions for diverse employee groups
