**Responsibilities** **Noblis ESI is seeking to hire an Instructional Systems Designer with an ACTIVE Top Secret with SCI and Polygraph in Chantilly, VA** Professionals in client training and curriculum development are responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs and educational materials to empower clients with the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively use products or services. They utilize instructional design principles, adult learning theories, and learning technologies to create engaging and impactful training experiences tailored to the needs of diverse client groups. Typical responsibilities include conducting needs assessments to identify training gaps and learning objectives, developing curriculum outlines, lesson plans, and training materials such as presentations, manuals, and e-learning modules, and delivering training sessions through various modalities, including instructor-led sessions, virtual classrooms, and self-paced learning platforms. Client training and curriculum development roles collaborate closely with subject matter experts, product managers, and sales teams to ensure training programs align with product features, client requirements, and organizational goals. The projected compensation range for this position is based on full time status. For part time or on-call staff, compensation is proportionately adjusted based on hours worked.
