Instructional Systems Designer
Description Robert Half has a client seeking a senior to director level Instructional Design Manager. This is a consulting opportunity intended to go fulltime. You will provide direction and insight to internal stakeholders on best practices to implement training programs and modules to solve problems in different business functions such as CX, management, technology, marketing, sales quality, and more. You will contribute to an important initiative to transform employee development globally. This department is a key resource for the CTO, and leadership teams across the organization. Responsibilities include: + Consult with various business leaders on the problem they're having in employee development and determine the best methods for creating and implementing e-learning and training programs + Design the content, support training the facilitators in the regions, make sure its e-applicable, and put it into the LMS for new employees, employees with promotions, etc. + Deliver trainings to initial leadership cohort and future facilitators Requirements Required: + Experience creating e-learning programs in Articulate or similar platform + Experience with training and instruction + Experience in broader learning strategy design + Workday experience Innovation starts with people.® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
