This is a full-time position on a 1 year contract that takes place onsite in Harpers Ferry, West Virginia. Responsibilities Follow and have a working knowledge of instructional systems design principles and the Analysis-Design-Develop-Implement-Evaluate (ADDIE) or similar models for course development to build new training programs Supports multiple courses Preparation of course administration templates, solicitations, registrations, enrollments, welcome letters, travel orders, and travel document review Monitors group inbox and responds to student requests for assistance Assists in administering / troubleshooting course administration database Assists with training cohort assignments and updates Qualifications Must hold an active Secret clearance with the ability to attain a Top-Secret clearance. Experience working in large and small teams Bachelor’s Degree and 10 + years’ experience preferred 8 + years’ experience required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Work requires professional written and verbal communication skills, as well as sound interpersonal skills Knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience in the tradecraft and/or subject matter expertise relevant to the instant training program and instructional design and curriculum implementation Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule Estimated Salary/Wage USD $125,000.00/Yr. Up to USD $140,000.00/Yr.
