Instructional Systems Designer \/ Training Developer - Journeyman (Contingent upon contract award)

GENERAL DESCRIPTION\n

The Instructional Systems Designer \/ Training Developer is responsible for executing the agile and adaptable ADDIE process designed for training-related requirements.\n

*This position is contingent upon contract award*\n

DUTIES\n

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:\n\nExecute the agile and adaptable ADDIE process for training-related requirements.\nCollaborate with internal and customer stakeholders to identify training requirements and constraints.\nAnalyze training needs and document environment and other special operating considerations.\nDesign and develop scalable training solutions tailored to individual mission partner requirements.\nDevelop high-level design concepts and storyboards to support the design of training courses, materials, and platforms.\nCreate and develop training materials, ensuring appropriate system interfaces are enabled.\nCoordinate with ISD team members and engineers to ensure training platforms are developed or modified to achieve training objectives.\nAnalyze test results, student feedback, and other evaluation mechanisms to support continuous improvement of training products, programs, and platforms.\nStay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in instructional systems design and training methodologies.\nCollaborate with other teams and stakeholders to ensure the effective integration of training solutions.\nProcess paperwork for functional area according to established procedures.\nTravel may be required.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\n\n

EDUCATION\/ EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS \n\nBA\/BS is required.\nA minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience is required.\nAt least 2 years of experience in multimedia design and production is preferred.\nProficiency in using multimedia software and tools such as Articulate is preferred.\nExperience with the Persistent Cyber Training Environment is preferred.\nMust be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance and ability to obtain a TS\/SCI clearance.\nMust be able to work effectively in a fast paced, multi-faceted environment with rapidly changing demands.\nMust have strong writing and communications skills.\nMust be able to work well under pressure, prioritize task, and meet deadlines.\nMust be detail oriented, with exceptional problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills.\nMust have excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.\nMust be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams).\nMust be able to work in a challenging environment where constructive feedback from others is encouraged.\n\n
