Ability to cover shifts in all Emergency Care facilities is required. Clinical responsibilities include: + Jeopardy shifts (an internal physician coverage system for unanticipated absences) + Annual Hourly Clinical Target: 1376 Hours + Clinical teaching of Medical Students, Physician Assistant Students, Nurse Practitioner Students, Family Practice Residents and Pediatric Residents + Clinical Supervision and support of onboarding for Advanced Practice Providers + Attendance and participation in required Section monthly meetings + Participation in Quality Improvement and development of Clinical Care Guidelines + Maintenance of skills required for provision of high quality, patient centered, safe urgent/emergent care of children.
