Position Summary
Responsibilities of this position include a combination of the following: teaching a course or courses in communicative sciences and disorders that students can apply in careers in speech-language pathology, audiology, and/or other related professional fields.
Position is planned to recur every Spring Semester.

Required Degree
Masters -Communicative Sciences and Disorders
Minimum Requirements
Master's degree in Communicative Sciences and Disorders or related area is required. CCC-SLP is preferred and may be required depending on the specific course taught. Professional experience and/or established scholarship in communicative sciences and disorders, or related area; commitment to working as part of a team; and excellent communication and leadership skills.
Desired Qualifications
CCC-SLP is preferred. Teaching experience is desired.

Department Statement
The Department of Communicative Sciences and Disorders has grown dramatically in recent years, with ten active research laboratories and five endowments to support student and faculty development. The Departments thriving undergraduate major and minor, MA, and PhD programs prepare students for successful clinical and research careers in speech-language pathology and related fields. The Department is housed within MSUs world-renowned College of Communication Arts and Sciences. The College provides excellent infrastructure for pre-award extramural grant submission, post-award grant administration, and information technology support for research and teaching.
