Are you passionate about logistics and thrive in a dynamic environment where precision, organization and teamwork are key? We are seeking a proactive Instrument Logistics Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the smooth flow of our laboratory diagnostics systems, from ordering to disposal, while ensuring exceptional stakeholder communication and efficient process management.
Your Responsibilities:
• Instrument Management:
o Coordinate the procurement and retrieval of instruments via SAP. o Organize transportation and monitor delivery schedules in collaboration with our logistics partners. o Manage the return process for used instruments. • Stakeholder Collaboration: o Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, customers and internal teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Finance Management:
o Ensure timely and accurate invoicing for instruments. o Monitor financial transactions, resolve discrepancies and handle customer complaints professionally. o Prepare and process credit and debit notes with precision.
• Documentation and Reporting:
o Develop and maintain comprehensive logistics documentation. o Generate reports and provide insightful analyses to support management decision-making.
• Process Optimization:
o Identify opportunities to improve logistics workflows and implement effective solutions. o Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize supply chain integration and efficiency.
• Training and Team Support:
o Provide training for new team members in logistics processes. o Act as a resource for resolving logistical challenges and addressing technical inquiries.
• Project Involvement:
o Contribute to and drive logistics-related projects, ensuring timely and successful outcomes. ________________________________________

• Technical Expertise:
o Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications. o Strong working knowledge of SAP
