POSITION: Instrumental Control Engineer

SALARY: $ 120,016/year

HOURS: 40 hours

DUTIES: Instrumental Control Engineer sought to develop software control of camera triggering mechanism based on rotor position & software integration including tracking program for camera device autofocus. Develop integrated control software for GPixel TDI Camera & sequencing runs; Design automated imaging software integration, prototype control software for dual-side autofocus system & integration with Imager.

REQUIREMENT:

Requires proficient knowledge of: Feedback loops, open-loop and closed-loop systems, stability, and control algorithms like PID & adaptive control; Robot arm design and control, forward and inverse kinematic analysis, and dynamics; Image processing, noise reduction methods, feature extraction, object detection, tracking; Matlab, python, C/C++;
