What we offer :
Under the authority of the Electrical Supervisor, the Instrumentation and Control Technician applies preventive and corrective maintenance techniques, diagnoses electrical, electronic and instrumentation systems, installs, repairs, modifies, calibrates, adjusts and maintains various types of electronic and electrical equipment, as well as mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic instrumentation equipment in the plant.
Maintain assets and equipment in good condition;Identify, study and diagnose breakdowns, irregularities and equipment failures, and rapidly apply corrective measures;Suggest ways of improving productivity and quality;Respect calibration methods and procedures;Carry out preventive maintenance, safety items and work required by production for the smooth running of the operation;Keep work areas clean and safe.QualificationsKnowledge of Allen Bradley and Siemens PLCs and software;Knowledge of variable speed drivesElectrician's license C or in the process of obtaining itDEC in instrumentation and control;3 to 5 years' experience in an industrial environment.Additional InformationSkills sought
