Weyerhaeuser Company is currently recruiting for skilled Instrumentation and Electrical (IE) Technician/Industrial Electricians with a thorough and comprehensive knowledge of electrical equipment, processes and techniques to repair, modify, install and maintain the facility and high-tech lumber manufacturing equipment.
As an Instrumentation and Electrical (IE) Technician / Industrial Electrician, you will be responsible for leading identifying safety, environmental, quality production issues; coordinating activities with production teams to maximize productivity and minimize cost, reducing waste and taking measures to proactively address all concerns. Additionally, you will work with each team by proactively resolving machine issues, building teamwork, and ensuring adherence to all applicable site policies and procedures in a fair and consistent manner.
