We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Instrumentation & Control Engineer Manager to join our client in Calgary, AB! The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of engineers in the design, implementation, and maintenance of instrumentation and control systems for various projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of instrumentation and control engineers. Oversee the design and implementation of instrumentation and control systems. Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets. Coordinate with other engineering disciplines and project stakeholders. Provide technical guidance and support to the engineering team. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Participate in the development of project proposals and bids.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 10 years of experience in instrumentation and control engineering. Proven experience in managing engineering teams and projects. Strong knowledge of instrumentation and control systems design and implementation. Excellent project management and leadership skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Professional Engineer (P.Eng) designation is preferred.
