Job Description
Seeking an analytical equipment specialist to work within a laboratory setting where this candidate would maintain, test, troubleshoot, calibrate, and repair a variety of analytical equipment and instrumentation for laboratory and manufacturing equipment. This candidate also would specify and request purchase of components, analyzes results, and may develop test specifications.
ResponsibilitiesMaintain, test, troubleshoot, calibrate, and repair various analytical equipment and instrumentation.Specify and request purchase of necessary components.Analyze results and potentially develop test specifications.Maintain all logs and required documentation.Prepare technical reports with recommendations for solutions to technical problems.Adhere to GLP/ISO guidelines in daily activities.Participate in brainstorming sessions to streamline routine activities and troubleshoot manufacturing issues.Additional Skills & QualificationsBachelors of Science is preferred but not requiredExperience with legacy 3M equipment is a plusLab or QC experience along with experience in calibrating, troubleshooting, and maintaining analytical equipment is preferred. Work Environment
1st Shift Hours - 7am-3:30pm, 5 days/week. The work environment is very quiet and calm, providing an excellent setting for focused and detailed work.
