**Job Title: Insulation Installer** **Job Description** Meet at the shop in Tea every morning at 7 AM and travel with the crew to the jobsite. Insulation works in teams of 2 and texture works in teams of 3. We are looking for hardworking, fast-moving people willing to put in overtime each day. **Responsibilities** + Prep area to be textured + Mask windows + Stomp up the job site + Utilize hand tools and power tools for insulation and general construction tasks + Perform duct work and read blueprints + Operate a spray gun for texturing tasks **Essential Skills** + Experience with installation and insulation + Proficiency with hand tools and power tools + General construction knowledge + Ability to read blueprints + Experience with duct work + Skill in using a spray gun **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Valid driver's license required + Self-starter who can find tasks to do without a lot of direction + Leadership qualities + Ability to lift up to 100 pounds **Why Work Here?** This position allows you to work independently and gain entry into a construction environment. There is a lot of overtime available, and you can move between texturing and insulation tasks to gain more variety in your work. **Work Environment** Start at 7 AM and work until the job is done, which could be as late as 7 PM. Candidates must be comfortable with no set end time. The environment may be dusty. Insulation work can be colder in the winter, and texturing can be hotter in the summer, so you must be okay with working in various elements. Open to Spanish speakers. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tea, South Dakota. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
