Job Title: Insulation Technician We are seeking dedicated construction workers to join our leading construction company that specializes in high-rise multifamily and commercial projects. Job Description: You will be responsible for installing bat insulation in interior and exterior wall cavities. You will also work on boom lifts and swing stages, making comfort with heights essential. Work Schedule: You will be working the 1st shift, Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays. You will have a 40-hour workweek with an additional 5 hours of overtime, totaling 50-hour weeks during the summer. Key Responsibilities: Your primary responsibilities will include installing bat insulation in wall cavities, working on boom lifts and swing stages, and performing caulking tasks. You will need to handle heavy lifting up to 50 lbs and work on your knees for extended periods. Additional duties include assisting with site clean-up and preparation, installing exterior weather barriers, applying joint sealants, and shooting sealants and caulking. Essential Skills: Candidates must have at least 1 year of experience in commercial construction and should be experienced with painting, concrete, insulation, waterproofing, or carpentry.
